A vibrant sigle vineyard sparkling Rosé. 2020 vintage – a classic method, round and balanced, refined with a dosage of 3g. This liquor d’expedition is made with a Passito Sweet Wine from our ancient Macabeo vineyard (more than 80y).

Name: VentuVentu 2020 Sparkling Rosé, 0,75l.

Region: Perpignan/Banyuls-sur-Mer

Alcohol: 12,5%

Grape variety: 100% Grenache Noir grapes at 300 m altitude.

Dosage: Brut, 3 g/l

Profile: Delicate rose color. Round and creamy nose full of ripe fruits with hints of almonds. Quince, lemon curd, ripe fruits open up the palate offering a pleasant acidity. Juicy texture, light salinity. VentuVentu 2020 stands for a light and smooth sparkling style.

Soil: Blue slate, quartzite

Serving: At a temperature of 8-9° C.

Serving suggestions: Ideal as an aperitif, but also excellent with seafood, oysters and fish dishes.
